These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites at bitcoinbsc.com and btcbsc.com (collectively, the "Site") and your participation in the Bitcoin BSC ($BTCBSC) token presale. By accessing the Site or purchasing BTCBSC tokens, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Site, purchasing BTCBSC tokens, or participating in any activities offered through the Site, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
• You are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction).
• You are not located in, or a citizen or resident of, any jurisdiction where participation in token presales is prohibited or restricted by law.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with your local laws and regulations.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Site or participate in the presale.

2. Nature of the Token

Bitcoin BSC ($BTCBSC) is a BEP-20 utility token deployed on the BNB Smart Chain at the following contract address:

3. Presale Terms

The BTCBSC presale operates under the following conditions:

• Pricing -- token pricing during the presale is set at the discretion of the project team. Prices, bonuses, and promotional offers may change at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses -- bonus tokens may be offered during promotional periods. Bonus amounts and eligibility criteria are determined solely by the project team and may vary.
• Delivery Timeline -- purchased tokens will be delivered to your specified BSC wallet address after the presale concludes and DEX listing occurs. The exact timeline for DEX listing is not guaranteed and may be subject to change based on market conditions and project development.
• Minimum Purchase -- minimum and maximum purchase amounts may apply and are displayed on the Site at the time of purchase.

4. Payment Terms

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit/Debit Card (via Stripe) -- payments are processed securely through Stripe. By paying with card, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. Card payments are processed in USD.
• BNB (Manual Transfer) -- you may send BNB directly to the designated wallet address. Manual BNB payments require manual verification and processing, which may take additional time.

Refund Policy: Due to the nature of cryptocurrency and token presales, all sales are final. Refunds are generally not available once payment has been processed. In exceptional circumstances, refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the project team. To request a review, contact us at godmode@godosx.ai.

5. Token Delivery

Token delivery is subject to the following conditions:

• Purchased BTCBSC tokens will be delivered to the BSC wallet address you provide during the purchase process.
• You are solely responsible for providing a correct and valid BNB Smart Chain wallet address. Tokens sent to an incorrect address cannot be recovered.
• Delivery will occur after the presale period ends and DEX listing is completed. You will be notified via email when token delivery begins.
• You must use a wallet that supports BEP-20 tokens (such as MetaMask, Trust Wallet, or similar). Do not provide an exchange deposit address unless you have confirmed BEP-20 support with that exchange.

Any reference to potential value, comparisons to Bitcoin or other assets, or projections are purely illustrative and should not be relied upon.

• Bitcoin BSC, its team members, affiliates, and associates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, purchase of tokens, or reliance on any information provided.
• We are not responsible for any losses resulting from fluctuations in token value, market conditions, technical failures, or third-party actions.
• Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid for BTCBSC tokens.
• We do not warrant that the Site will be available at all times, uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, branding, design elements, and software, is the property of Bitcoin BSC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our content without prior written permission.
• The Bitcoin BSC name, BTCBSC ticker, logos, and associated branding are trademarks of the project. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
• The only official Bitcoin BSC websites are bitcoinbsc.com and btcbsc.com. Any other domains using our name or branding are not affiliated with us.

10. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Site or BTCBSC tokens for any of the following purposes:

• Fraud or Deception -- engaging in fraudulent activities, including using stolen payment information or misrepresenting your identity.
• Money Laundering -- using the presale or tokens for money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illicit financial activities.
• Illegal Activities -- any use that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
• Market Manipulation -- engaging in schemes to artificially manipulate the price or market perception of BTCBSC tokens.
• Unauthorized Access -- attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or user data.
• Impersonation -- creating fake websites, accounts, or communications pretending to be Bitcoin BSC or its representatives.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or take appropriate action against any user engaging in prohibited activities.

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
